In an effort to better serve our customers APWI is
now offering a Total Customer Care
Program Package that is designed to complement our
existing maintenance package by adding more features
and services that are commonly requested by our customers.
We have seen an increase in demand from our customers
for more services and support regarding their current
document printing applications. As our customer’s
budgets and staff decline, they still have to maintain
their printing systems and APWI has the in-house technical
support personnel that can help.
Our Total Customer Care Program is designed so your
company can forget learning about the printing of
your legacy and server generated print applications.
APWI will take care of the Quarterly review of the
software and the updating of JIL’s, Jobs, and all
of the other files that are required when documents
change. This will include changes to Index files that
are used when interfacing with content managers.
Our outsourced solution is often less expensive when
compared to your current annual licensing or the maintenance
that you are paying for your content management solutions,
etc. There is also an added level of system security
and backup when APWI is familiar with your current
software and processes. If that important someone
in your production center is out on vacation and not
available to answer a timely question, what do you
do? Now you will be able to call APWI technical support
and we will be able to help you get your changes made.
