Do you print too much on one printer and

RoutXpress™ could be the answer.
One of the many features of RoutXpress allows the
network administrator to set up POOLS of printers.
A pool contains 2 or more network printers. RoutXpress
will evenly distribute your print jobs among all the
printers in the “pool”. This feature will work with
all manufacturer’s printers and MFPs as long as they
have MS windows drivers.
For example; if you already have an “XYZ” printer
and you are adding an “ABC” brand printer, you can
put the 2 printers in the same pool and RoutXpress
will make sure that all the print jobs that are sent
to the pool are evenly distributed to both of the
printers.
Another important way to use this feature is to make
sure you are not over paying and under utilizing your
printers. For example; lets say you have 2 printers,
you pay $300 per month for each printer. For the $300
you receive up to 5,000 prints per month per printer,
but you end up printing 7,000 on one printer and only
3,000 on the other, resulting in an overage charge
on one printer. If you had RoutXpress you would have
printed 5,000 on each printer and not have had to
pay the overage charge.
