RoutXpress Software knows the status of all your
printers at any given time. If a user sends a print
job to a printer that is broken, RoutXpress can route
the print job to an alternative, close by printer,
and tell the user what happen, see IM below.
When the user chooses the “Group” option RoutXpress
will hold all their print jobs until the user releases
them. When released ALL print jobs are printed together
at the same time at the same printer. This eliminates
the need for users to jump up and run to the printer
EVERY time they print a page.
