Challenge ~ Required full output management and email document distribution for a new implementation for Oracle Financials that was to work alongside a number of other IT applications. AT&T were particularly looking for a solution that could automatically email financial reports to appropriate managers and staff, even though they may not be able to access Oracle Financials.
Solution ~ Automatic distribution of 130 report definitions to 39 countries by email. Eliminated the need for extensive re-engineering of the networking system.

Challenge ~ Required a quick and accurate means of exchanging data between two disparate IT applications without manual data entry
Solution ~ Barcode, enables documents to be printed with all the relevant data concatenated into a barcode. A quick scan of the barcode transfers the data to the IT application used in the next stage of the process.

BOC Edwards SAP - Award winning SAP implementation
Challenge ~ With a major SAP implementation to manage, BOC Edwards wanted an output and document management solution that would cut output development timelines and cost, while ensuring that they could print over 300 document variations for all their European Businesses from the go live date. AutoFORM LaserNet not only met this objective, but offered the added benefit of offering document viewing direct from SAP screens, and automatically distribute documents by email or fax. BOC Edwards were presented with a special company award for the most successful roll out of SAP across the entire BOC Group and attribute the success of the output management side to the AutoFORM LaserNet software and the technical support from EFS Technology.
