LaserNet
Mail allows users to send documents from the ERP-system
directly by e-mail. LaserNet automatically scans the data
stream for e-mail headers (including To, From, CC, Body
and Subject). The document will be sent to the mail address
as an attached document in any format the customer or user
wants (PDF, Tiff etc.).
If several documents are being sent to a single recipient
LaserNet Mail can collect them and send them as a single
attachment consisting of several documents. LaserNet Mail
supports Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes or any other SMTP
or MAPI enabled mail system.
With LaserNet Mail connected you are able to send documents
directly as e-mail, saving paper, saving handling and saving
time.
