RX5to1 Key Features
Dealer can set rules to establish automatic re-routing of print jobs to the focus printer when a printer is:

- Down for any reason.
- Out of paper.
- Out of toner.


RX/5to1 sends an IM to user when job is re-routed.
RX/5to1 sends IM to users when a job is re-routed.

RX/5to1 can also send an email to designated individuals, such as users, administrators, technicians, etc.

Similar to parent product, RoutXpress™, RX/5to1™ is a simpler, less expensive product that the dealers can use to increase their click revue by routing more print jobs away from personal printers to their networked focus printers. RX/5to1™ is designed to increase the number of prints on dealer owned print devices at the customer site while lowering the cost of consumables for the end user. RX/5to1™ will redirect print jobs away from expensive personal inkjet or laser printers and send them to more cost efficient network (focus) printers/MFP. Features include automatic e-mail with toner levels and meter reads, alert notification, and backup printer rerouting.

Why use RX5to1™?

  1. Dealer Makes More Money:
    • A dealer that installs RX5to1™ on printers and MFPs will make more money because RX5to1™ will drive more printed pages (clicks) from low end print devices to the dealer’s “focus” printer/MFP.
    • The dealer can also make more money by capturing more consumables sales of RX5to1™ can send an e-mail to the dealer when the printer hits “toner low” condition.
    • More clicks = more consumables and revenue.
  2. Dealer and Customer Save Money:
