RX5to1™ Product Description for Dealers

RX/5to1™ is a rule-based, print job routing software product for taking clicks form 5 or more source printers (local or network) and transferring them to one Focus printer normally a MFP. Based on the “rules” established by an authorized Administrator, RX/5to1™ automatically routes each print job to the focus printer. Administrators may set rules to define when a print job should automatically be re-routed. RX/5to1™ can re-route print jobs to focus printer(s) when a printer is down or out of toner. If the focus printer is down, the jobs are transferred to a backup printer.

RX/5to1™ can send status emails and Instant Messages to designated individuals, such as end users, Administrators, and Help Desk technicians. RX/5to1™ logs all current print conditions on all routed printers and makes the information available in real time to the Help Desk.
