How dealer BUYS
– INSTALLS – SETS UP = RX5to1:
How to Buy:
- Call APWI Sales Department at 949-488-2222 to ask any
and all questions, and to get a price quote.
- There are 2 ways to purchase RX5to1;
- Purchase with Credit card over the phone.
- Send purchase order in to APWI.
- An authorized dealer administrator will be given a
web address that they can go to and log in to see their
account status and check how many RX5to1 licenses they
currently have as shown in the partial screenshot below.
- Authorized dealer technical person will then be able
to download their RX5to1 licenses as shown in the partial
screenshot below.
- License delivery is via the web and can be downloaded
before installation or at the customer’s site at the time
of installation.
How to get RX5to1
licenses:
Dealers can go to the following website to get RX5to1
licenses. In order to get the license, a dealer needs to
be registered at the License site.
Please call APWI Sales Department at 949-488-2222 to get
registered. One of the sales associate will take you through
the process. Once the payment is received, APWI will create
a dealer account for you. Dealers can log into their accounts
by going to (http://www.apwi.com/Admin/Login.aspx) and do
any of the following tasks.
- Change dealer log in password.
- Enter Serial Numbers.
- Create Installer accounts.
- Assign Serial Numbers to Installers.
- Edit or Delete Serial Numbers.
- Generate and download RX/5to1 licenses.
How to Install RX5to1:

Installation Guide – The dealer technician will install
the RX5to1 license when he is at the end user location.
This is usually done at the same time the technician is
installing a new printer.
How to set up RX5to1:

User Guide – the hardware installation technician or
the end user Administrator can do this. The rules can be
changed in the future if the Administrator wishes.
