RoutXpress monitors the progress of jobs and the health of printers. It sends alert messages when things go wrong. The alerts expedite problem resolution and lead to improved user satisfaction.



Analytics and Reports

All alerts are recorded in RoutXpress database. We provide extensive tools to analyze this data and produce useful reports. For example, to assess the reliability of various printers you may use the Printer Alert Rates report:





Alert Notifications

When alert occurs RoutXpress checks if it needs to inform somebody about the problem. You can specify a list of email recipients who will be notified for specific printers.

You can space by time the alert recipients so you escalate the problem the longer it persists. For example, when a problem occurs you may send alerts to these three levels of support:

  • After 5 minutes send alert to the initial responder (Level 1)
  • After 1 hour send alert to the supervisor (Level 2)
  • After 2 hours send alert to the dealer (Level 3)
