The Users Rules can be set at installation and then modified for individuals. The Administrator can configure one rule and assign it to All Users (selecting from the drop down) or he can individually select users from the list and assign rules based on their printing needs.

  You can set a limit on the number of pages a User may print in one print job.


• User Daily Cost Limit
  You can set a print cost limit that the User may incur per day.


• User Monthly Cost Limit
  You can set a print cost limit that a User may incur per month.
