Administrator sets rules to establish automatic re-routing of print jobs when a printer is:
- Busy or Down for any reason.
- Has a paper jam.
- Out of paper.
- Out of toner.
- A user has met their color limits.
- Wrong size paper, not color, not duplex, etc….
RoutXpress sends an IM to user when job is re-routed.
