on your network and creates a database of information, storing
all print activity. It is important to understand that RoutXpress
is gathering all the information needed to produce a complete
audit trail, not just monthly clicks. The Administrator can
review all print activity by person, printer, or department
at any time.
The print assessment is running constantly. Providing valuable
information to the Administrator that they can be used to
manage the print network. The information can be used to
cut cost and increase productivity.
