RoutXpress automatically moves larger jobs to lower cost printers on rules set by the administrator. This feature in RoutXpress will automatically re-route the job and notify the user of the new location of their prints. Users are notified when a job is printed to eliminate unnecessary trips to the printer. It's programmable, so a priority user can print where he or she wishes. RoutXpress notifies the helpdesk when a printer is down and the user when the print job is re-routed, eliminating frustration because a default printer is down.
